Hi Friends! I am so happy that Spring is around the corner and will be hosting a Mother's Day Portrait Special to celebrate. As moms, it's easy, even natural, to be the one behind the camera, capturing our loved ones. I confess that I am hardly ever in photos, and I know I'm doing a disservice to my children. They don't care about my body issues or bad hair day. They will want to look back when they're older and see me as their young(er) mom. They'll want images to share with their children of their grandmother in my younger years, as they will only know me as 'old'. Relate?
Let's do something about that. This Spring, take some time for yourself and your family and BE. Be IN the photos. I would love to help capture the love you have with your children. I would love to include grandparents for generational portraits. Let's make the sweetest studio portraits of your Mom, you, and your children for Mother's Day.
I'll post images soon with examples of studio portraits, and of course, we can always schedule an outdoor session. Regardless of whether you hire a professional to capture the bond between you and your kids, let's make an effort to hand the camera to someone else (I get it...everyone is afraid to hold my camera) and be IN our photos.
Please send me a message if you would like more information on the types of Mother's Day images we can create together.
xo,
Kim
